Ingredients

1 whole chicken on the frame
Olive Oil

¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
8 Litres Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, brown the chicken with olive oil

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients, bringing to the boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer for 8 hours. Alternatively, place ingredients into a slow cooker.

Step 3

Remove the chicken and allow to cool slightly (to touch).

Step 4

Remove chicken meat from the frame and set aside in the fridge for a future meal.

Step 5

Strain the remaining broth from the vegetables using your Mini.

Pour broth into jars and refrigerate, or pour the broth into muffin trays and freeze.
