How do I join the Affiliate Program?

Affiliates can earn 10% commissions for successful referrals through our program by sharing their affiliate link or code. Click here to join.

When will I receive my replacement or credit?

We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received and approved. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Strucket reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

What do I do if I have a problem with my Strucket?

We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied your Strucket.

Can I return my product?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs). The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

  1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
  2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
  3. The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.
  4. If your order qualified for free shipping (e.g. orders over $120), and you choose to return the item, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund. This is because we incur shipping fees on our end even when the item is sent with ‘free shipping’.

If you return an item without its original packaging, or if not in perfect, unused condition, we reserve the right to deduct $20 per item from the amount to be refunded

How do I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at hello@strucket.com, and include a photo of the item with the reason for returning.

We will provide you with your options for returning and the correct returns address at this time. All products being returned must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

How long do I have to return a product?

All change of mind returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of your order.

How do I remove and re-insert a 19L plug?

As per the Strucket plug replacement instruction video, pull plug into open position, then turn plug clockwise to fully release from cavity. Apply lubricant such as coconut oil or vaseline to the internal cavity and the plug prior to re-inserting. Push plug into cavity and turn plug anti-clockwise while pushing all the way in.

My order has not arrived?

We take every care to get your Strucket to you quickly and efficiently, however, sometimes things can go amiss, especially in the mail! If you have received notification that your Strucket has been shipped but have not received it within a few days please contact us as soon as possible so we can help locate it.

We ship all over Australia, New Zealand and the UK. For shipping to the United States, please click here.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to Australian addresses for all orders over $120.00. Below this threshold, standard shipping rates are based on weight and range from $9.95 to $16.45. If you wish to receive your parcel sooner and opt for express shipping, we have a flat rate of $22.95.

✦ For shipping to NZ, standard shipping rates are between $14.95 and $24.95 with express shipping offered at $26.75.

✦ For shipping to the UK, standard shipping rates are between $31.90 and $75.00. Express shipping is not available.
