Step-by-Step Guide to Washing Puffer Jackets and Vests
Fill Your Strucket:
- Fill your Strucket halfway with warm water.
- Add a teaspoon of washing detergent.
- Gently place your puffer jackets and vests in.
Agitate and Soak:
- Agitate the garments a bit.
- Leave them to soak for an hour.
Rinse Thoroughly:
- Drain the dirty water and refill the Strucket with clean water.
- Lift the strainer to pull your items out of the water.
- Connect the strainer to the top of the Strucket for hands-free straining.
- Pull the plug to drain without splashing.
Lay Flat to Dry
- Lay the items flat on a washing line and leave to dry overnight. They may still be slightly wet in the morning—this is normal.
Restoring Puffiness to Your Puffer Jackets
To get the puffiness back into your puffer jackets:
- Place them in the dryer on low heat with a dry towel and two tennis balls. This works wonders!
